photo
It all begins with a Bible study for everyone on December 21st at 7:30 PM in the Clarion Convention Center (Grand Belle Hall). This is followed by a free dessert reception.

It all ends on Tuesday night, December 25th with an 80's themed family dance. Prizes will be given to those in best costume.

Other dances include...
- Singles in the middle dance on Sunday night.
- A teen dance – "City Nights" a night out on the town (semi formal wear)
- A young adult dance – "Black, White and Bling" (semi formal or formal)

photoFamily Novelty Olympics are again planned for Sunday evening (ages 10-up). This is a great opportunity for families to participate in some fun and whacky games together while competing with other teams.

The Family Fun Fair is always a huge hit and is scheduled for Monday afternoon and night. Games such as sumo wrestling, giant slides, zing swing, mechanical bull riding, putt putt golf and others are available.

Monday night you can also take in or participate in a bluegrass/country jam session. The rock-n-roll jam session from previous years is being altered this year and will consist of already rehearsed groups playing a set of music. If you have a band, or a group of people who can put together some songs between now and this event you need to contact Mark Winner at mark_winner@ucg.org You will be asked to submit a list of 10 songs you would like to play along with the band members names and possibly a demo tape. The deadline to sign up for this is December 10.

We will offer no less than 15 seminar choices on Sabbath morning while simultaneously offering Sabbath school classes for all elementary school aged children. Babysitting will also be available for pre-school aged children at this time.

All day Sunday World News & Prophecy seminars will be available and this will be followed Monday and Tuesday with all day ABC continuing Education classes.

The following activities will be available on Sunday – Tuesday:
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Speedaway
- Flag Football
- Swimming
- Tennis
- Rock climbing
- Cards and board games
- Organized children's activities (ages 4-11)

We're very excited this year to have added a state of the art basketball facility. This will enable us to have a tremendous basketball and volleyball program as more floor space is now available for both sports. For those desiring to participate in both basketball and volleyball please make note that the two facilities are about a mile apart from one another. The tennis / swimming facility is located in a third facility, also about one mile away.

Basketball -- HOOPS
Volleyball -- Mid-America Sports Center (MASC)
Tennis, flag football, speedaway, swimming -- Blairwood Fitness Center
Organized children's games will be held in a couple of these venues as well as at the Clarion.

After much discussion we have decided to share the cost of the referees for the men's basketball games this year with those participating in the games, so anyone participating in men's basketball the fee will be $5 more than all others.

Register in advance and you will save money from the price at the door upon arrival. Early registration closes on December 14.
