St. Louis-style barbecue sauce is used to marinate these beef ribs so they are sweet, sticky and delicious

| 3 | Pound | beef ribs |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | soy sauce |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | water |
| 1 | Cup | orange marmalade |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | pepper |
Separate ribs and place in shallow pan. Mix together soy sauce, water, orange marmalade, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over ribs and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Put ribs and sauce in Dutch oven and simmer for at least 2 hours. Should be sticky but not watery.
