Description

A delicious way to use those left-over mashed potatoes. A soft and delicious bread, great served hot.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1⁄2Cupmilk
2Cupmashed potatoes
1Teaspoonsalt
2Cupflour
1Packagecream cheese (8 ounces)

Instructions

Beat eggs and milk together. Add mashed potatoes. Add rest of ingredients and enough flour on waxed paper and knead well. Roll and cut out with a biscuit cutter or make it into balls with your hands and flatten out in pan or cookie sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes in a 350º oven or until brown. Serve hot with butter and honey or jelly or with a meal.
