Fruity deliciousness wrapped in a cool blanket of whipped cream! Mmmm!

| 3 | Cup | red seedless grapes (halved) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | English walnuts (chopped ) |
| whipped cream (whipped, 1 tsp. vanilla and maple syrup) | ||
| 1⁄2 | Cup | dates (optional) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | miniature marshmallows (kosher) |
Combine fruits and walnuts (add dates and marshmallows if desired). Fold in whipped cream and let it set up. Adding marshmallows will cause the salad to need some extra time to set up and absorb the goodness of the whipped cream.
Recipe Note:
The salad could be made with Cool Whip or some already prepared topping, but the homemade whipped cream makes this a delightful salad.
