A sweet sensation of apple, raisins and a kick of rum!

| 1⁄2 | Cup | molasses |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | rum (or 1 tsp. rum extract) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | brown sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | ginger |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | chopped nuts |
| 5 | apples (thinly sliced and chopped) | |
| 2 | Tablespoon | cornstarch (mix in just enough water to dissolve) |
| 1 | double pie crust | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | raisins |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter |
Put all above ingredients (except cornstarch, apples, and pie crust) into saucepan. Stir over heat until butter is melted. Add cornstarch and cook until it starts to thicken, Mix apples into mixture until they are completely coated. Put into pie crust and put top crust on. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until done.
