Ingredients

2 red delicious apples
2 naval oranges
2 bananas
1Canpineapple chunks (drained, small can)
1⁄2Cupraisins
1⁄2Cupchopped pecans
6Ouncelow-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Wash apples well. Do not peel. Peel oranges, break into segments, and cut into bite-size pieces along with chopped red apples. Add chopped bananas, pineapple chunks, raisins, and pecans. Combine all ingredients with enough vanilla yogurt to blend well.
