Ingredients

1 egg
1Teaspoonvanilla
3⁄4Cupsugar
1Cupevaporated milk
3⁄4Cupflour
1⁄2Teaspooncinnamon
1⁄4Teaspoonsalt
1Teaspoonbaking powder
1⁄2Cupnuts (chopped)
1Cupraw apples (chopped)
1Tablespoonsugar (for topping)
1Teaspooncinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

Beat egg until light. Add vanilla, sugar, and milk gradually. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and apples. Put into an 8 x 8 pan. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
