Prep time45 minutes

Ingredients

1Unknownround brie cheese
 Unknownpuff pastry
1⁄2Cupbrown sugar
2 apples (peeled and sliced)

Instructions

Use a small round or even a slice of Brie. You can remove the top crust from the Brie if you like, but it is not necessary. Place a sheet of thawed puff pastry on a baking pan and place the Brie in the middle of the pastry. Top the brie with the apples and sprinkle with brown sugar. If you use just a slice of the Brie, one apple will be enough. Fold the pastry over the Brie and pinch closed into any shape you like. You may need to make slits for steam to escape. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes or until pastry looks brown. Brie should be hot and gooey. Serve warm.
