With the delicious flavor of apples and cinnamon, this classic dish is made easily and will taste so yummy with fresh butter or whipped cream.

| 3 | Cup | milk |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | sugar (divided) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 5 | Granny Smith apples (firm) | |
| 2 | Teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 2 | Tablespoon | butter |
Set oven to 400°. Spray a 9x13 baking sheet with vegetable spray. Slice bread into 1 1/2inch thick slices. Place slices tightly in one layer on baking sheet. Beat eggs, add milk, 1/4c. of sugar, and vanilla. Pour half of the liquid over the bread. Peel, core and slice apples into rings. Place apple rings over bread to cover. Pour remaining egg mixture over apples. Mix 1/2c. of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over mixture. dot with butter. Bake for 35 minutes and serve.
