Ingredients

4Cupchicken broth
3Cupminute rice ((if your use long grain rice only add one cup))
1⁄2TeaspoonItalian Seasoning
1⁄2Teaspoongarlic powder
10Ouncefrozen broccoli
2Tablespoongrated parmesan cheese
6Ouncefrench fried onions
5Dashpaprika
1Cupshredded cheddar cheese
2Poundfresh or frozen fish fillets ((thawed))

Instructions

-Grease a 11"x7" x2" baking dish combine broth, rice, italian seasoning and garlic powder
-Cover and bake at 375 for 10 minutes
-Add broccoli, parmesan cheese and half of the french fried onions
-Top with the fish, sprinkle them with paprika
- Cover and bake 20-25 mins or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
-Uncover: sprinkle with cheddar cheese and the rest of the french fried onion
-Bake 5 mins longer until the cheese is melted.
-Enjoy!

Notes

Suggested sides: buttered french bread toasted and mashed sweet potatoes
