| 3 | Cup | minute rice ((if your use long grain rice only add one cup)) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | Italian Seasoning |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | garlic powder |
| 10 | Ounce | frozen broccoli |
| 2 | Tablespoon | grated parmesan cheese |
| 6 | Ounce | french fried onions |
| 5 | Dash | paprika |
| 1 | Cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 2 | Pound | fresh or frozen fish fillets ((thawed)) |
-Grease a 11"x7" x2" baking dish combine broth, rice, italian seasoning and garlic powder
-Cover and bake at 375 for 10 minutes
-Add broccoli, parmesan cheese and half of the french fried onions
-Top with the fish, sprinkle them with paprika
- Cover and bake 20-25 mins or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
-Uncover: sprinkle with cheddar cheese and the rest of the french fried onion
-Bake 5 mins longer until the cheese is melted.
-Enjoy!
