Spaghetti noodles are layered with ground beef and cheddar cheese to make this delicious baked casserole

Ingredients

1Poundspaghetti
3Poundground beef
2 onions (chopped)
2 bell peppers (chopped)
1Poundcheddar cheese (shredded)
2Cuptomato sauce
1Canmushrooms
2Cupcelery (chopped, optional)
 Unknowngarlic (to taste)
 Unknownsalt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Cook spaghetti, rinse and drain.  While spaghetti drains, brown ground beef, add green pepper, onion, garlic, celery, and mushrooms.  Oil large Dutch oven.  Start building with 1/2 spaghetti, then meat, and vegetables, and 1/2 cheese.  Pour 1/2 tomato sauce and 1/2 can water over mixture.  Build another layer and end up with tomato sauce.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Notes

Serve with green salad and garlic bread
