| 1⁄2 | Cup | raisins |
Preheat the oven to 350º and grease a 6-cup loaf pan. In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar and salt. Stir in potato starch and bananas. Add walnuts and raisins. Fold in egg whites. Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
