| 1⁄2 | Cup | maple syrup |

| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 2 1⁄2 | Cup | oat bran |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | whole-wheat bread flour |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | rice flour |
Mix milk, banana, syrup, eggs, salt, soda and vanilla. Then add the flour. The dough will be a little thicker than cake dough. Put dough into muffin pan. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until brown.
