| Prep time | 2 hours |
| 3 | Pound | ribs (can use up to 4 lbs) |
| 1 | Dash | salt |
| 2 | onions (sliced) | |
| 2 | Tablespoon | vinegar |
| 2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | Teaspoon | brown sugar |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | ketchup |
| 1 | Pinch | cayenne pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | paprika |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | chili powder |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | black pepper |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | water |
| 8 | Ounce | barbecue sauce (1 bottle; use your favorite) |
Cut ribs into servings. Sprinkle with dash of salt. Put in roasting pan. Slice 2 medium size onions and layer onions all through the ribs. Blend all ingredients together except for bottle of barbecue sauce. Pour mixture over ribs and between layers of ribs. Bake at 350°, covered for about 90 minutes or until it starts getting soft. May need to add water to bottom of pan so the ribs don't burn dry. When soft, take ribs out and place on grill or broiler. Then spread your favorite barbecue sauce over ribs just to coat. Brown on both sides and serve.
