Meatballs a made to juicy perfection with homemade barbecue sauce

| 1 | Pound | ground beef |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt (divided) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | pepper |
| 1 | Tablespoon | oil |
| 1 | Can | tomato soup |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sweet pickle relish |
| 2 | Tablespoon | ketchup |
| 2 | Tablespoon | vinegar |
| 1 | Tablespoon | brown sugar |
| 2 | Tablespoon | onions (minced) |
Mix beef well with 1/2 tsp of the salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Form into 1-inch balls. Brown in oil. Combine soup, relish, onion, vinegar, ketchup, sugar and the remaing 1/2 tsp of salt. Add to meatballs, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Can be served with cooked spaghetti if desired.
