Chow mein noodles give beef and rice an Asian flair in this simple recipe.

| 4 | beef bouillon cubes | |
| 2 | Tablespoon | cornstarch |
| 1 | Can | La Choy chow mein noodles (5 ounces) |
| 2 | Package | instant rice |
| 1 | onion | |
| soy sauce |
Brown and drain ground beef, pour vegetables in pan. Put bouillon cubes in mixture. Add cornstarch to thicken mixture. Cut up large onion and put into mixture. Cook instant rice according to package directions. Put rice on plate and add meat with vegetables on top. Top with chow mein noodles and soy sauce if desired.
