Tender and flavorful waffles, great with chocolate chips, as an extra special treat.

| 1 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Cup | milk |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter |
| 2 | Tablespoon | sugar |
| 1 | Dash | salt |
| 4 | egg yolks | |
| 4 | egg whites | |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla extract |
Melt butter and set aside to cool. Mix flour, egg yolks, milk, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Fold into batter. Pour batter into Belgium waffle maker and cook to perfection.
For extra special waffles add mini chocolate chips or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
