This is a creamy, chocolate-y and delicious pie, and simple to make!

| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | sugar |
| 3 1⁄2 | Tablespoon | cocoa powder |

| 2 | eggs (beaten, or Egg Beaters) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter (melted, or Smart Balance) |
| 1 | Cup | evaporated milk |
| 1 | Teaspoon | vanilla |
| 1 | pie shell (unbaked) |
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
Variations: Add coconut and pecans or English walnuts. Or add peanuts.
