Great for blueberry season!

| 2⁄3 | Cup | flour (can use whole-wheat pastry) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sugar |
| 1 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | baking powder |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | milk |
| 2 | Tablespoon | oil |
| 2 | Cup | blueberries |
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk. Put oil in baking casserole, then put in batter, then add blueberries on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
You can substitute other fruit for the blueberries.
