Ingredients

2Cupwheat germ
2Cupwhole-wheat flour
1 1⁄4Cupmilk
1⁄2Cupoil
1Tablespoonhoney
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄2Cupsesame seeds

Instructions

Bread Sticks

Mix and knead wheat germ, whole-wheat flour, milk, oil, honey, and salt together. Cut dough and roll into sticks (about 1 heaping tablespoon each). Roll in sesame seeds or sprinkle seeds on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with honey butter.

Honey Butter

Mix butter and honey until smooth.
