A hearty granola made with coconut and pecans

| 7 | Cup | oats |
| 1 | Cup | honey |
| 1 | Cup | olive oil |
| 1 | Cup | coconut (unsweetened) |
| 1 | Cup | pecans (chopped) |
| 1 | Cup | walnuts |
| 1 | Cup | almonds (slivered) |
| 1 | Cup | sesame seeds |
| 1 | Cup | sunflower seeds |
Pour all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and stir. Add honey and mix into other ingredients. Pour on 2 cookie sheets and spread out evenly. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off oven and let set in oven for 15 minutes. Then cool and store in bags or other air tight containers.
