A hearty casserole made with creamy Alfredo sauce!

| 1 | Package | Pasta Accents (creamy alfredo or cheddar) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | water |
| 9 | eggs | |
| 1 | Carton | cottage cheese (16 oz.) |
| 1 | Package | mozzarella cheese (12 oz.) |
| 1⁄2 | Package | parmesan cheese (6 oz., shredded) |
Combine Pasta Accents and water in bowl. Cook in microwave 4-5 minutes, according to package directions. Set aside. In large casserole dish, beat eggs lightly. Add cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese and mix thoroughly. Stir in Pasta. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top mixture with Parmesan cheese. Preheat oven to 350°, bake about 25 mintues or until almost firm.
Serve with breakfast meat and a tangy fruit salad to make a lovely Sabbath brunch. This dish freezes well.
