Salad with a POP! Summery and fresh.

| 1 | Bunch | broccoli (1 large one or 2 small bunches) |
| 1 | Cup | shredded carrots |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | raisins |
| 3 | Slice | sweet red pepper |
| 1 | large stalk of celery | |
| 1 | bottle poppy seed dressing | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sunflower seeds |
Cut off tops of the broccoli, add carrots, raisins, diced red pepper, and celery. Add dressing to your taste: the longer it sets the more flavor. Before serving, add the sunflower seeds.
