A delicious combination of cabbage and butter.

| 1 | Cup | water |
| 2 | Tablespoon | olive oil |
| 1 | Cup | onion (chopped) |
| 1⁄2 | head cabbage (cut in medium-size cuts) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | butter |
| sea salt (or seasoning of your choice) |
Pour 1 cup water in large skillet. Add olive oil, then add onions. Next fill the skillet with cabbage and any desired seasoning. Add water when needed. Once cabbage is soft, add half a stick of butter and heat till melted.
