Tender cabbage creates the base of this delicious casserole.

| 1⁄2 | Cup | sour cream |

| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (or margarine) |
| 2 | Cup | cheese (grated) |
| 1 | Package | Ritz crackers (crushed) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (or margarine) |
Cut up, rinse and drain cabbage. Mix all the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Then top with grated cheese followed by the Ritz crackers. Slice butter and place slices over the tip of the crackers. Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350º oven.
