A delicious dressing!

In a food processor, puree 3 (or more!) large peeled cloves of garlic with 1 can of anchovies. Stop processor and add the juice of 2 fresh lemons, a few splashes of Worchestershire sauce, and 2 T. of red wine vinegar. Turn processor on and slowly add 1/2 c. of olive oil in a thin stream. Continue processing all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes. Toss dressing with fresh Romaine lettuce (washed and torn into bite-sized pieces) for a delicious salad. Top with grated Parmesan and croutons if desired.
