1⁄4Cupbutter
2Teaspooncornstarch
1⁄3Cuphoney
1Teaspoonlemon juice
1⁄8Teaspooncinnamon
3Cupsliced carrots (cooked)
1Cupgreen grapes (halved)

Instructions

Melt butter in a small saucepan; blend in cornstarch. Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook., stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Add glaze to carrots and grapes, stirring to mix. Serve immediately.
