Ingredients

1Poundlentils
  beef broth
2Ouncebutter
2Clovegarlic (minced)
3 onions (chopped)
  salt and pepper

Instructions

Clean and wash the lentils, and let them soak for a few hours. Cook in a beef broth, adding the butter, garlic, onions, well chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let them cook until they are soft.
