A ball of deliciousness and nice and cheesy!

| 1 | Tablespoon | celery seed |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | sweet relish |
| 3 | eggs (hard boiled) | |
| 1 | Tablespoon | onion (minced) |

Blend cheese and eggs in food processor. Place in a mixing bowl and add the celery seed, relish, onion, and salt/pepper to taste. Mix well until blended. Add mayonnaise to ingredients a little at a time to reach the desired texture for a spead or to make a cheese ball. Place in refridgerator overnight. Best if made ahead of time. Flavors seem to blend with age.
