Golden baked potato strips topped with delicious melted cheese.

| 1⁄2 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Tablespoon | butter (or margarine) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | cheddar cheese (shredded) |
| 1 | Tablespoon | fresh parsley (minced) |
| salt (to taste) | ||
| pepper (to taste) |
In a greased 9 x 13 baking dish arrange potatoes in a single layer. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 425º for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
