Spinach and feta come together in this delicious dish.

| 2 | eggs (beaten) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | whole-wheat flour |
| 10 | Ounce | spinach |
| 1 | Cup | cottage cheese |
| 1 | Cup | feta cheese (crumbled) |
| 1 | Clove | garlic |
In a very large bowl beat eggs with flour. Remove stems from spinach leaves and discard. Tear spinach into small pieces and add to eggs. Add the cheeses and push garlic through a garlic press into bowl. Toss until blended. Place mixture in lightly oiled, shallow baking dish (about 9 x 13). Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake 350º for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
