| 1 | Cup | whole-wheat flour |
| 1 | Cup | unbleached flour |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | margarine (or butter) |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | sharp cheese (grated) |
Cream margarine well. Then mix in grated cheese and salt, sugar and flours. This is a stiff dough. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
