Ingredients

1Cupwhole-wheat flour
1Cupunbleached flour
1Teaspoonsalt
1⁄2Poundmargarine (or butter)
1⁄2Poundsharp cheese (grated)

Instructions

Cream margarine well. Then mix in grated cheese and salt, sugar and flours. This is a stiff dough. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake.
