Cheddar & Monterery Jack cheeses make this a flavorful bread

| 1⁄2 | Pound | medium cheddar (grated) |
| 1⁄2 | Pound | monterey jack cheese (grated) |
| 1 | Cup | flour |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 3 | Unknown | eggs |
| 1 1⁄3 | Cup | milk |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | butter (melted) |
Combine cheese, flour and salt. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture. Stir in milk and then melted butter. Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
