Cheesy cookies made with crispy rice cereal

| 2 | Cup | cheddar (grated) |
| 2 | Cup | flour |
| 3⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |

| 2 | Cup | rice cereal (crispy) |
Cream together butter and cheese. Combine flour, salt and cayenne pepper; add to butter mixture. Stir in cereal. Shape into small balls. Press flat with tines of fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8–10 minutes.
