Ingredients

1⁄2Poundcheddar cheese (grated)
1⁄2Poundmonterey jack cheese (grated)
3 eggs
1Cupflour
1 1⁄3Cupmilk (or cream or half and half)
1⁄2Cupbutter (melted)
1Teaspoonsalt
2Teaspoongarlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Mix cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder (if desired) and slightly beaten eggs. Add milk and butter. Mix and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
