Ingredients

16Ouncesharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1Cupmayonnaise
1Cuppecans (chopped finely)
1 onion (small onion)
1⁄4Teaspooncayenne pepper
 Unknownstrawberry preserves

Instructions

Mix cheese, mayonnaise, pecans, onion, and cayenne pepper together. Put in tupperware mold with hole in the center. Chill. Turn onto a platter. Serve with strawbery preserves in hte center of ring and crackers around the ring.
