A blend of three cheeses makes this quiche full bodied and delicious!

| 4 | eggs (large, beaten) | |
| 2⁄3 | Cup | milk |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | cheddar cheese (grated) |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | swiss cheese (grated) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | white pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Tablespoon | butter (melted) |
| 1 | Cup | turkey (chopped) |
| 1 | pie crust (baked) | |
| 1⁄4 | Cup | asiago cheese (grated) |
Combine eggs, milk, pepper, salt and melted butter. Arrange chopped turkey, cheddar and Swiss cheese over bottom of pie shell. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with grtaed Asiago cheese and bake in oven at 375° for 50-60 mintues, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
