Thai basil leaves and red chilies add a tasty kick to this delicious chicken dish

Ingredients

3Tablespoonvegetable oil
4Clovegarlic (sliced)
2 red chilies (can us up to 4; seeded and chopped)
1Poundchicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2Tablespoonfish sauce
2Tablespoonsoy sauce
2Tablespoonwhite wine
1Tablespoonsugar
10 basil leaves (thai, fresh)
2 red chilies (finely sliced to garnish)

Instructions

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan.  Add garlic and chilies and fry until golden.  Add chicken, cook until color changes.  Add remaining ingredients except basil and cook for 3-4 minutes.  Stir in basil and garnish with chilies.
