Tried and true, these quesadillas are moist and flavorful!

| 4 | chicken breasts (boiled and chopped) | |
| 1 | Cup | cheddar cheese (can use colby, grated) |
| 1 | Can | cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom) |
| 1 | Tablespoon | onions (finely chopped) |
| 2 | Tablespoon | jalapeno pepper (chopped) |
| 20 | flour tortillas |
Mix together chopped chicken, cheese, soup. Then add onions and peppers. Spread between 2 flour tortillas and grill on a buttered pan until golden brown. Serve with salsa and sour cream. Slice like you would a pizza. You can also roll in flour tortillas and dry fry like a taquito.
