Ingredients

2 1⁄5Poundchicken pieces (bone-in, thigh fillets)
1 onion (chopped)
3⁄4Cupmayonnaise
1⁄2Cupchutney (Mrs. Ball's hot chutney if available)

Instructions

Arrange chicken in baking dish.  Sprinkle onion over chicken.  Mix mayonnaise and chutney and spread over chicken.  Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour or until chicken is well cooked and gravy is thick.

Notes

Chutney is available at world markets or speciality shops.  An alternative could be to use a mild/tangy fruit sauce.
