A light and airy popover with the spice of cinnamon, great served warm.

| 1 | Cup | milk |
| 1 | Cup | all-purpose flour |
| 3 | Tablespoon | butter (melted) |
| 1 | Teaspoon | cinnamon |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
In a blender combine eggs, milk, flour, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and blend 30 seconds or until combined. Fill 6 to 8 well-greased custard cups half full. Bake in 400º oven for 40 minutes. Remove from cups. Serve with butter. Makes 6 to 8.
These can be made without cinnamon for a savory alternative.
