| 2 | Cup | cottage cheese |
| 1 | Cup | butter (softened) |

Combine flour, cottage cheese, and butter. Refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Roll out like pie crust on well-floured board. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and cut into strips approximately 3/4 inch wide and 6-7 inches long. Loosely twist and place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
