Rinse brisket in sink, trimming of some of the excess fat. Make several slits in brisket. Put inside cooking bag and pour marinade sauce over brisket. Put inside cooking bag and pour marinade sauce over brisket. Sprinkle with Morton Nature's Seasoning. Pour beer over last. Close the bag, place in a large shallow pan and put in refrigerator and marinate for at least 24 hours. Bake in a 275° oven for about 5 hours.
Morton Nature's Seasons blend is very good seasoning for meats. It has salt, pepper, onion, garlic, celery and parsley. it really enhances the flavor.
