This is a relish that is delicious and just gets better with age.

| 2 | Can | French green beans (drained) |
| 1 | Can | small-size peas (drained) |
| 1 | onion (cut into rings) | |
| 1 | jar pimentos (cut into small pieces, drained) | |
| 4 | stalks celery (cut thin) | |
| 1⁄2 | jar bell pepper marinade |
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine sugar, vinegar, cooking oil and salt, then pour over vegetable mixture. Cover mixture and refridgerate for 24 hours. When ready to serve, drain off juice and reserve to pour back over vegetable mixture.
