| 1 | onion (sliced) | |
| 1 | green pepper (sliced or chopped) | |
| 1 | Can | tomato soup |
| 3⁄4 | Cup | sugar |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | oil |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | black pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | vinegar |
| 1 | Teaspoon | mustard |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon | salt |
Slice carrots and cook until just tender. Drain and add onions and green peppers. In a saucepan bring remaining to boil; then pour over carrots, onions, and green pepper. Serve warm and add salt.
