Pancakes made with creamed corn

Ingredients

3 eggs
1⁄4Cupflour
1⁄8Teaspoonpepper
1Cancreamed corn (16 oz.)
1⁄2Teaspoonsalt
6Tablespoonoil

Instructions

Combine eggs, flour, pepper, corn, salt and oil; mix well. Fry like pancakes on lightly greased hot griddle. Makes 18 (4-inch) fritters.
