Ingredients

1Cupcottage cheese
6 eggs
1⁄2Cupflour
1⁄2Teaspoonvanilla extract
1⁄4Cupoil
1⁄4Cupmilk
1⁄4Teaspoonsalt

Instructions

Place cottage cheese, eggs, flour, vanilla, oil, milk and salt in blender. Blend for one minute. Cook on griddle using 1/2 cup per pancake.
