A cheese ball with a fruity zest.

| 1 | Package | cream cheese (8 oz. ) |
| 3 | Tablespoon | whole cranberry sauce (well drained) |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | grated orange rind |
| 1⁄8 | Teaspoon | salt |
| Unknown | flaked coconut |
Combine all ingredients except coconut. Chill slightly, shape into bite-size balls, roll in flaked coconut. Put toothpick in each cheese ball. Serve. Can be frozen.
