A spinach casserole, creamy and satisfying.

| 2 | Package | frozen chopped spinach (10 oz. packages) |
| 1 | Cup | sour cream |
| 1 | Package | dry onion soup mix |
| 1 | Cup | grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | saltine cracker crumbs |
| 3 | Tablespoon | butter (melted) |
| 1⁄3 | Cup | parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well. Mix together sour cream, onion soup, and cheddar cheese. Add spinach. Place in greased casserole dish. Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter and put as a topping over the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
