Creamy, fruity, salad...need I say more?

| 1 | Package | cream cheese (8 oz.) |
| 1 | Can | sweetened condensed milk (14 oz. ) |
| 1 | Can | fruit cocktail (16 oz.) |
| fresh fruit of your choice (cut in chunks) | ||
| 1 | jar maraschino cherries (8 oz.) | |
| chopped nuts (or chocolate chips) |
Drain fruits cocktail liquid into blender cup. Add sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and liquid of maraschino cherries. CBlend well. Put fruit in large bowl and pour blender contents over it. Add fresh, chunked fruit as desired. Refridgerate 6 hours or more. Sprinkle nuts (or chocolate chips) when serving. If you omit the maraschino cherries, mix will be white. If you include them, it will be pink.
Strawberries, mango, papaya, apricots, and peaches work well for fresh fruit additions.
On Friday afternoon, I stop at our favorite bakery and I purchase a Sabbath morning treat. I purchase whatever is on special, so each week it is something different.
